Rilong Precision Mold exhibited at LEAP 2026 Tech Conference, presenting injection-molded components, liquid silicone rubber seals, automotive connectors, and multi-material products at booth H3.F183. Sherry, Annie, and Mary met with engineers, buyers, and potential partners to discuss tooling and production requirements.
The sample table was a busy part of the booth. Visitors examined molded parts, compared them with the application boards, and asked about material selection, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. With the components in hand, they could point to the features that mattered to their own products.
Molded Parts and Silicone Applications on Display
The exhibits covered a range of manufacturing needs, from precision plastic parts to LSR seals for medical applications. Connector samples prompted discussions about dimensional consistency, while silicone and overmolded components brought attention to sealing performance and material behavior in use.
Annie introduced the plastic products and their applications, including the machining accuracy required for mold cores. Mary discussed liquid silicone overmolding and helped visitors review the samples against their application requirements. Questions about geometry, resin choice, and expected production volume were considered together, with reference to the parts on display.
Technical Discussions at the Booth
Sherry introduced Rilong’s mold-making capabilities and experience with international customers. In a discussion with a German automation delegation, she covered steel selection and gate design for molds processing glass-fiber-reinforced engineering resins. Tool wear and mold maintenance were among the issues discussed.
Other meetings focused on the steps between a part drawing and production. The team explained how Rilong approaches design review, mold engineering, trial validation, quality control, and delivery planning. Visitors could discuss their production challenges directly with the team and compare possible approaches using the available samples.
The conversations also addressed how components would be used. Operating conditions and sealing requirements helped frame the silicone discussions; critical dimensions and repeatability were central to the connector and precision molding discussions. These details gave the team a more specific basis for reviewing potential projects.

Meeting Customers and Potential Partners
Alongside the product demonstrations, the booth hosted small-group meetings with new contacts and returning visitors. Guests reviewed application boards with the team, discussed manufacturing requirements, and exchanged details for technical follow-up. Some also joined the Rilong team for photos at the booth.
For Rilong, the exhibition was an opportunity to hear directly from engineers and buyers about the parts they need to source and the production issues they are working through. The discussions covered both individual components and the tooling, inspection, and maintenance needed to support production.
