Welcome to the Rilong Mold website and related internal web-based tools, including our private internal self-media publishing dashboard (collectively, the “Service”). These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legal agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and Rilong Mold (“Rilong Mold”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Site is a copyrighted work belonging to Rilong Mold. Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. Without limitation to the preceding sentence, Your submission of information, including personal information, through or in connection with the Site is governed by the terms of our privacy policy as updated from time to time (\u201cPrivacy Policy\u201d) [link to Privacy Policy]. You assume all risks associated with use of Your User Content, including any reliance on its accuracy, completeness or fit for purpose, or any disclosure of Your User Content by You that personally identifies You or any third party. You hereby represent and warrant that Your User Content does not violate our Acceptable Use Policy (as described herein). Because You alone are responsible for Your User Content, You may expose Yourself to liability if, for example, Your User Content violates the Acceptable Use Policy. We are not obligated to backup any User Content, and Your User Content may be deleted at any time without prior notice. You are solely responsible for creating and maintaining Your own backup copies of Your User Content if You desire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00a0<\/strong>You agree warrant that You will not use the Site or our services to: (i) upload, transmit, or distribute to or through the Site any computer viruses, worms, or any software intended to damage or alter a computer system or data; (ii) send through the Site unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of duplicative or unsolicited messages, whether commercial or otherwise; (iii) use the Site to harvest, collect, gather or assemble information or data regarding other users, including e-mail addresses, without their consent; (iv) interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on servers or networks connected to the Site, or violate the regulations, policies or procedures of such networks; (v) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site (or to other computer systems, servers, hardware or networks connected to or used together with the Site, or other users or any other third party;), whether through password mining or any other means; (vi) harass or interfere with any other user\u2019s use and enjoyment of the Site; (vi) use software or automated agents or scripts to produce multiple accounts on the Site, or to generate automated searches, requests, or queries to (or to strip, scrape, or mine data from) the Site, including launching or using any automated means or process, such as \u201cspiders\u201d, \u201crobots\u201d, \u201cload testers\u201d etc., for retrieving or sending more communication than a natural person could reasonably produce or to create users accounts; or (vii) threaten or harass any person or entity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Does not violate, misappropriate or infringe any intellectual party rights or any third party rights;Does not contain information which is\u00a0 harassing, racially or ethnically offensive, discriminatory, harmful to minors, between others ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Company Marketing Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

When you connect or authorize a third-party social media account, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to authorize that account and to upload, submit, or publish content through that account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, policies, API rules, developer policies, content guidelines, community guidelines, and review requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Rilong Mold does not own, operate, or control third-party platforms. We are not responsible for any action, inaction, delay, rejection, suspension, account restriction, API limitation, quota limitation, outage, content removal, or other decision made by a third-party platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. User Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

“User Content” means any information, text, video, image, file, caption, title, description, hashtag, thumbnail, metadata, or other material that you upload, submit, prepare, or publish through the Service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for all consequences of uploading, submitting, or publishing it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, licenses, permissions, and authority necessary to use, upload, submit, publish, and distribute your User Content through the Service and any connected third-party platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. License to Process Content<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

By uploading, submitting, or preparing User Content through the Service, you grant Rilong Mold a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, format, store, and submit such User Content solely as necessary to provide the requested website, dashboard, publishing, integration, security, troubleshooting, and recordkeeping functions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We do not claim ownership of your User Content.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Prohibited Use<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

You agree not to use the Service to upload, submit, publish, or distribute any content that:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  • contains malware, viruses, harmful code, or spam;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • impersonates any person or misrepresents affiliation;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • violates export control or sanctions laws;<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • violates the terms, policies, API rules, or community guidelines of any connected third-party platform.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    You must not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with system security, reverse engineer the Service, or use the Service to build a competing product or service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    7. API Access and Authorization<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Service may use OAuth tokens, access tokens, refresh tokens, client IDs, client secrets, API keys, or similar credentials to connect with third-party platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You must only provide credentials or authorize accounts that you have the legal right to use.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Service uses granted permissions only for the functions presented to the authorized user, such as uploading or publishing content selected by that user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    You may revoke platform authorization through the relevant third-party platform settings, where available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    8. Publishing Results<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    We do not guarantee that any content submitted through the Service will be successfully uploaded, processed, reviewed, approved, published, displayed, indexed, recommended, monetized, or remain available on any third-party platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Publishing results may depend on platform API availability, account status, authorization status, file format, content policy, platform review, quota limits, technical errors, or other factors outside our control.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    9. Privacy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
